Trinity Health is seeking a House Supervisor to coordinate patient care 24/7 and act as the on-site nursing leader during off shifts and weekends. Provides nursing leadership, mentoring, feedback, and clinical support to nurses working on Med/Surg, OB, SCU, ER, and OR. Coordinates the clinical care of patients and ensures continuity of care by supervising operational aspects of patient care units in collaboration with department directors and Chief Nursing Officer.
