Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Distribution function to oversee the Saturday and Sunday overnight shift (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) with additional hours as needed.

You will lead a frontline team in a busy distribution environment, ensuring safe, efficient operations and strong teamwork. The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining health and safety compliance, tracking KPIs, and reporting to management to drive continuous improvement across our warehouses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.
