Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Distribution. The role supports a 1st shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) with a national salary range of $62,500–$70,000. You will lead frontline teams, drive safety, monitor KPIs, and collaborate to optimize warehouse operations.

With a focus on training, teamwork, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to DHL’s reputation as a global contract logistics leader across more than 500 facilities and 50,000 associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management and workload planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates and foster inclusion.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations.
• Facilitate open communication among leadership and associates.
