Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience, Preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates with coaching and support.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; report to management with insights and recommendations.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
