Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, coaching and guiding as needed.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline staff.
