Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution to lead frontline associates, drive safety, and optimize warehouse operations across our network.

You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and partner with leadership to ensure a productive, inclusive work environment. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm with Saturdays as needed. National salary range is $62,500-$70,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations.
