Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II for a 3rd shift Fri, Sat & Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, to lead a diverse warehouse team and drive operational excellence.

You will develop workflows, supervise supervisors, ensure safety, track KPIs, and partner with HR and customers to meet service levels across multiple facilities nationwide. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and labor plans to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Compile KPI reports and provide insights to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring of Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
