Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes with timely unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks, coordinating with store leadership on staffing and execution.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution ensuring merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time, maintaining pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and ensure orders are packed and shipped efficiently.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures, reporting and shrink reduction.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
