Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards to company expectations.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom organization and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, price changes, and ship-from-store fulfillment with accuracy.
