Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Deliver sales plan and KPI targets with the store team to meet objectives.
• Lead the execution of our customer brand promises.
• Lead shrink and safety programs to achieve goals.
• Staff the store: hire, train, coach, manage performance and development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure cross-training across departments.
