Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri, invites an experienced RN to join as Clinical Supervisor-RN for the Weekend. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, delivering safe and high-quality care, and optimizing patient flow and bed management in collaboration with the Staffing Office.

The position is full-time with a 36-hour week on night shifts. Requirements include 3-5 years of hospital nursing, Missouri RN license (or compact), and BLS certification within 30 days.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an RN license.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Assure delivery of safe, high-quality and cost-effective care.
• Ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care.
• Collaborate with the Staffing Office on patient flow and bed management.
• Lead and mentor staff, promoting change and professional standards.
