Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Supervisor on the Weekend shift. The role ensures safe, high quality care, supports staffing, manages patient flow and collaborates with physicians and staff to improve processes.

You will lead with professional standards, mentor co-workers, and uphold Mercy's service standards and mission. Requires 3–5 years hospital nursing, MO RN license (or compact), and BLS. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.
