Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor-RN-Weekend for Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. The weekend night shift requires 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience and MO licensure or compact licensure.

Responsibilities include ensuring units are staffed, guiding change with leadership, and participating in patient flow and bed management in partnership with the Staffing Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of: ADN, Diploma, BSN.
• RN license in MO or compact as per board regulations.
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Lead and mentor staff with servant leadership and accountability.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative personnel to improve processes across the continuum.
• Oversee patient flow and bed management in coordination with Staffing Office.
