Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact state license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Involve in patient flow and bed management with Staffing Office.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to communicate and improve processes.
