Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO seeks a RN - Clinical Supervisor (Weekend) for night shift, full-time. The role supervises staffing, ensures quality patient care, and collaborates across units and with the Staffing Office to optimize resources.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years hospital nursing experience, MO RN or compact licensure, and BLS. BSN preferred; Management experience in change initiatives is a plus. Mercy offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification (or to obtain within 30 days).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to improve processes.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
• Oversee patient flow and bed management in coordination with Staffing Office.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing staff and promote change within Mercy standards.
