Mercy Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Supervisor for weekend night shifts at the Mercy Hospital South location in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, staffing efficiency, and collaborative interdisciplinary leadership.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, a Missouri RN license (or compact licensure), and BLS certification. BSN preferred and management experience is a plus.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ADN, diploma, or BSN.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure per state regulations.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification (required or to be obtained within 30 days).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure appropriate staffing to provide patient care.
• Collaborate with the Staffing Office on patient flow and bed management.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff supporting change initiatives.
• Participate in evaluation processes with the Clinical Manager.
