Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical nursing staff and ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Coordinate staffing, bed management, and patient flow with the Staffing Office.
• Ensure compliance with Mercy policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support staff development through mentorship and professional leadership.
