Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Supervisor on the Weekend shift.

The role oversees safe, high-quality patient care, staff scheduling, and interdepartmental collaboration to meet patient flow and bed management goals. You will lead a team of nurses and co-workers, ensure staffing levels, mentor staff, and engage in change management alongside the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Missouri RN license or compact license.
• Experience: 3–5 years hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Support staffing and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Inspire and mentor co-workers to lead change and improve processes.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to communicate and improve care delivery.
• Evaluate care with Clinical Manager and uphold Mercy standards.
