• Process co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due; reconcile cash drawer.
• Complete Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaires and adjust coverage as needed.
• Obtain signatures on consent forms and other required documents; scan and archive records.
• Counsel patients on non-covered services and ABNs; ensure compliance with privacy guidelines.
• Maintain a neat registration desk and secure confidential information.
