Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the G shift (weekend nights) to maintain equipment and facilities. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across GMP and nonregulated areas to keep high-speed lines running.

Under supervision, you’ll join a safety-focused team with strong emphasis on uptime, lean practices, and continuous improvement. Qualifications include trade training or related degree and several years of maintenance

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3–5 years’ maintenance experience in fast-paced lean manufacturing.
Bachelor’s Degree or certificate from mechanical vocational school preferred.
7+ years’ experience with troubleshooting and equipment repairs.
Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Promote a safety culture and adhere to plant safety policies.
Repair and maintain production lines and building systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and manage work orders.
Troubleshoot equipment using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC methods.
Coordinate with maintenance team to balance downtime and production needs.
Operate and set up equipment during high-speed production.
