Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–6 months experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or vocational certificate preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing training or certification preferred.
• CPR and First Responder certification preferred; safety committee experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and follow plant safety policies.
• Operate equipment safely to meet quality and schedule goals.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and lubrication.
• Ensure correct materials run on appropriate lines and quality standards are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement/lean projects and training programs.
• Support other duties as assigned.
