Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years’ experience of proven maintenance experience in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or certificate from a mechanical vocational school is preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience working with troubleshooting and equipment repairs.
• Experience with CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and adhere to plant safety policies.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment and production lines.
• Complete PMs, work orders, and improvement projects via CMMS.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to balance maintenance and production needs.
• Maintain packaging and processing equipment and support line operators.
• Conduct root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
• Support training and certification in technical machinery operations.
