Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Production Operator for the Weekend Days shift. You will safely operate manufacturing equipment to produce quality products and support line duties on Thursday–Friday 5:30am–2:00pm, and Saturday–Sunday 5:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 0–6 months in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or vocational certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely to produce quality products.
• Assist with machine set-up and changeovers.
• Assist with equipment preventative maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Ensure all quality standards are met and correct materials are used.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing activities.
