Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 to 6 months experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or vocational certificate.
• Lean Manufacturing training and/or certification.
• Experience/certified with CPR and First Responder.
• Participation in a safety committee.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and adhere to safety policies.
• Operate equipment safely to meet quality and scheduling goals.
• Assist with machine set-up and changeovers.
• Assist with preventative maintenance (cleaning and lubrication).
• Ensure correct material components on lines.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Assist with training and certification programs.
