Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.
• Familiarity with operating systems, basic networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in data centers.
• Willingness to work weekend night shift (Fri–Sun, 7pm–7am).
• Familiarity with DCIM tools, ticketing systems (ServiceNow), and monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Increase data center reliability and uptime by proactively identifying risks and contributing to incident-prevention initiatives.
• Enhance operational efficiency through process optimization and automation opportunities.
• Maintain asset inventory records and system documentation.
• Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers, storage, and network equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, application, and network connectivity issues.
