PGTEK is seeking a Datacenter Hardware Technician to support Dell server infrastructure in a high-demand, onsite data center in Childress, TX. The role involves hands-on repair, installation, and rack/stack work to maintain uptime.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable (lift up to 65 lbs), and able to work in a team-based environment. First shift with rotation is expected, 100% onsite.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Onsite work only in Childress, TX; 100% onsite.
• Shift may rotate between first and other shifts; must be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Hardware maintenance & repair on Dell servers, including GPU, NIC, memory replacements.
• Track, prioritize and resolve hardware service tickets.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues using server knowledge.
• Maintain clear communication with team and stakeholders.
