Colwen Hotels is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part Time Weekend Night Auditor for Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel in Foxborough, MA. You will balance hotel transactions, close each day, respond to guest requests, and maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area during weekend night shifts on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout and post-departure.
• Complete end of day activities including posting charges, balancing ledgers, and nightly close.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure timely check-in/check-out.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area neat and orderly and adhere to brand standards.
