Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel in Foxborough, MA is seeking a friendly Full Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will register guests, process reservations, and offer information about the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, delivering exceptional service, coordinating with housekeeping, and maintaining knowledge of rates and events. On-site role with a 7-day rotating schedule including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in a hotel or guest-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to handle difficult guests.
• Familiarity with local area; able to provide directions and maps.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and other needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Manage front desk operations; ensure timely check-in and check-out.
• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests.
• Process guest check-in: confirm reservations, assign rooms.
• Handle requests with professionalism and urgency; resolve complaints.
