Responsibilities include auditing POS tapes, generating daily revenue reports, balancing accounts, and resolving system issues. Previous hotel experience is preferred; strong math, data entry, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key calculations.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals to break down revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS; perform corrections as needed.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the system to generate Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day.
