Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience or technical/vocational training.
• Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and wiring schematics to perform precision assembly.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and troubleshooting skills; experience in welding, wiring, brazing, or motor manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and cross-train in multiple winding-related roles to achieve mastery across at least three additional functions.
• Safely setup, operate, and monitor production equipment while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Inspect products during manufacturing, document production records, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and material handling practices to maintain a safe workplace.
