Responsibilities

  • Operate and cross-train in multiple winding-related roles to achieve mastery across at least three additional functions.
  • Safely setup, operate, and monitor production equipment while meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Inspect products during manufacturing, document production records, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and material handling practices to maintain a safe workplace.

The operator will be assigned a primary role upon hire and is required to cross-train and achieve operational mastery in a minimum of three (3) additional winding operations.
