Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a motivated Member Services Representative for weekend/morning shifts. You will greet members, answer calls, sign up new members, log amenities, and handle billing and POS transactions in a friendly, professional environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, reliability, and punctuality. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain CPR/AED certification as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer service skills; positive and professional interactions.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
• CPR/AED Certification within time frames required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making everyone feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system; use POS for membership tasks.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby cleanliness and organization.
