Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Memory Care Aide for the Madison location in Kansas City, MO. The role is full-time with weekend shifts 7am–3pm, offering a pay range of $18.50–$28 per hour and benefits typical of the organization.

The Memory Care Support Partner will advocate empathy, observe residents, and support engagement plans while documenting care and assisting with orientation of memory care team members. Minimum 18 years old and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Be an advocate of empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Possess basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared to work in this role.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and foster human connections with residents.
• Observe residents and collaborate to create engagement plans.
• Maintain the environment to support day-to-day activities and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Orient memory care team members to neighborhoods.
