Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Weekend Warrior Memory Care Support Partner to join a home-like team dedicated to residents’ quality of life.

The role pays $23–$25 per hour with a full-time schedule Fri–Sun and Mon 7am–3pm. Located at Westbury, 550 Stone Valley Parkway, Columbia, MO 65203, the team emphasizes empathy, connection, and daily support for memory care residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active job requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Be an advocate of empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to understand interests and abilities; develop engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily activities and routines (mise en scène) to support resident experiences.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
