Platinum Communities is seeking a Medication Technician to provide high-quality personal care and safe medication administration to residents. You will review ISPs, report changes in condition, and support multiple departments to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The role includes mentoring new caregiving staff, following DHS regulations, and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality while promoting resident dignity and comprehensive care.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Completed CBRF medication administration training and core trainings.
• Previous caregiving experience in a CBRF or RCAC preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow English instructions.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• HIPAA and confidentiality knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications using the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report changes.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Provide ADL assistance and resident support as needed.
• Mentor and train new caregiving staff during onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and confidentiality.
