Platinum Communities is seeking Med Techs to provide high-quality personal care and support to residents as directed by the Administrator, ensuring safe and accurate medication administration, direct resident care, and a clean, welcoming environment.

The role includes reviewing ISPs, reporting changes in condition, mentoring new staff, and supporting other departments including activities, dietary, and housekeeping.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CBRF medication administration training and required CBRF core trainings (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid/Choking, and Resident Rights).
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications following the Six Rights of Medication Administration and document per DHS regulations.
• Provide ADL assistance and follow Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
• Maintain clean, safe living environments and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Support dietary, activities, and maintenance staff as needed for resident care.
• Mentor and train new caregiving staff and communicate trainee progress to supervisors.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and report any breaches.
