Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator for a Mesa-based, part-time weekend graveyard shift (Sat/Sun, 12-hour shifts, 6PM-6AM). You will receive and verify merchandise, perform stock checks, and prepare items for shipping while using handheld RF tools and a warehouse ERP system.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and cross-training across warehouse functions. The candidate should have automotive industry exposure, DMS experience, and basic supply chain skills, with the ability to

Qualifications

Experience in the automotive industry in some fashion.
Experience with DMS – CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed, etc.
Experience and comfortability working around technicians.
Experience with basic supply chain skills.
Experience putting together spreadsheets and tables.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack and verify merchandise/products.
Use handheld RF tools to receive merchandise into the WMS.
Conduct stock checks and cycle counts; support physical inventory.
Pack, re-pack and label parts during put away, picking or shipping.
Ensure orders and shipping materials include proper delivery documents (BOL, packing slip, etc).
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
Fill requisitions and distribute items to production workers or the assembly line.
