Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Las Vegas for weekend, part-time AM shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM–6 PM). You will handle receiving, verification, stock checks, packing, labeling, and shipping documentation, using an ERP/WMS system and Excel.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and cross-training across warehouse operations. Candidates should have automotive industry exposure and experience with DMS systems; forklift experience is not required, but pallet jacks are

Qualifications

Experience in automotive industry or related roles.
Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed.

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack and verify merchandise/product for accuracy.
Use handheld RF tools to receive items into WMS.
Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
Pack, re-pack and wrap products for shipping; label parts during put away, picking or shipping.
Ensure orders include proper delivery documents (BOL, packing slip).
Maintain clean and safe work environment; follow safety guidelines.
Cross train to learn other warehouse functions.
Produce required reports, measurements and logs for KPI guidelines.
