Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a Materials Coordinator in Las Vegas for Monday–Friday, 10PM–6:30AM. You will receive and verify merchandise, use RF tools to update WMS, perform cycle counts, and prepare shipments. The role requires automotive-industry exposure, DMS familiarity, and forklift-pallet operations. Teamwork and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
• Experience with dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed).
• Comfortable working around technicians and using pallet jacks.
• Proficiency with basic spreadsheets and data entry for inventory.
• Willing to work extra hours during downtime.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise and ensure accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive merchandise into WMS.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and support physical inventory.
• Pack, re-pack and wrap product for shipping; label parts during put away.
• Pick parts for orders and shipments; ensure proper packing lists and documents.
• Maintain proper shipping documentation and KPI logs; report data as required.
• Operate an ERP inventory system and Excel for reporting.
• Cross train to learn other warehouse functions and assist team.
