Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Las Vegas, Monday–Friday with 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM shifts. The role involves receiving, verifying, and stocking automotive parts, using handheld RF tools and a warehouse ERP, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipping and inventory tasks.

The candidate should have automotive industry exposure, experience with DMS systems, and comfort working around technicians. Forklifts not required; pallet jacks experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience required.
• Experience with a DMS such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed; SAP a plus.
• Comfortable working around technicians and with pallet jacks (forklifts not required).
• Basic supply chain skills and ability to compile spreadsheets and tables.
• Willing to assist during downtime with shop organization, tire stacking, and deliveries.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive into the WMS.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
• Pack, wrap, and label parts for put away or shipping.
• Prepare delivery documents (BOL, packing slip, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions and assist production.
