Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Material Handler to support production and engineering teams by managing inventory in ERP, performing accurate kitting, and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments. The role requires weekend availability and occasional travel between facilities with a company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities include inventory transactions, cycle counts, and ensuring parts are received and distributed correctly, while maintaining a clean work area and supporting broader department goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management and production kitting processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels within ERP and transact material between locations.
• Receive inventory into ERP and document data.
• Maintain accurate counts and stock locations in the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts and report findings for approval.
• Assist in scheduling inbound/outbound shipments to meet production schedules.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, or scissor lift to move material.
• Support production by timely and accurate kitting for build activities.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Position material for production and move between facilities as needed.
