Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Materials Coordinator for weekend graveyard shifts in a Mesa, AZ area role. The position involves receiving and verifying merchandise, handling packing, labeling, and shipping documentation, with strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Candidates should have automotive industry exposure and experience with DMS systems such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds. Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and basic shipping procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry or related field.
• Experience in roles such as parts advisor, inventory technician, materials handler, or parts coordinator.
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, or Lightspeed; SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and verify merchandise/product for accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive items into the WMS.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
• Pack, repack, and wrap product for shipping; label parts during put away or picking.
• Ensure proper shipping documents accompany orders and maintain KPI reports.
