Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Miami is seeking a Materials Coordinator for Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying merchandise, using handheld RF tools to enter goods into the WMS, performing stock checks and cycle counts, and preparing items for packing and shipping.

The role requires experience in the automotive sector, familiarity with DMS software, and ability to work with pallets and technicians. Strong data entry and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry roles such as parts advisor or inventory technician.
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Oracle JDE, Lightspeed).
• Comfortable working around technicians and with pallet jacks.
• Experience with basic supply chain tasks and data entry.
• Ability to create and manage spreadsheets and tables.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check & verify merchandise ensuring accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive into WMS.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and support physical inventory.
• Pack, repack, and wrap product for shipping; label during put away/picking/shipping.
• Ensure proper delivery documents accompany orders; maintain safety and cleanliness.
