Job summary

Extended-Stay-Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Tech for weekend, part-time shifts to keep guest rooms and common areas in good repair. You will respond to guest requests, perform routine repairs, and support preventative maintenance under supervision of the property team.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, the ability to follow safety procedures, and excellent reliability in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience accepted.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Willingness to work weekends and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs as needed.
• Respond to guest requests with follow-through per procedures.
• Complete repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain organized and clean maintenance work area and inventory.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of lobby, hallways, and common areas.
• Follow ESA safety and security policies and local ordinances.
