Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, performing repairs, and conducting preventative maintenance while maintaining records per standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or 1–3 months related experience).
• Read and speak English proficiently to interact with guests and team members.
• Understand safety rules and follow procedures and standards.
• Ability to perform basic math for measurements and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a professional manner.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs per schedule.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and inventory.
