Responsibilities include routine maintenance, safety inspections, and coordination with vendors as needed, while maintaining organized work areas and logs for inspections and deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests and vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math and measurements for tasks and logs.
• Apply good judgment and assist with guest issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment functions and premises are well maintained.
• Respond to guest requests and follow through per procedures.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning and general maintenance duties as scheduled.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and log results.
• Maintain organized work areas and safe, compliant boiler/electrical/HVAC spaces.
