Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Engineering Manager in the United States to lead a team responsible for the plant's physical infrastructure, safety, and equipment reliability.

The role applies Lean Manufacturing and TPM/continuous improvement to optimize facilities and processes. You will oversee maintenance budgets, drive capital projects, and collaborate across functions to ensure on-time delivery, enhanced safety, and efficiency in an environment

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; or HS Diploma/GED with 10 years related experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in a facilities role with at least five (5) years in a management capacity.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Maintenance and Facilities Engineering departments.
• Drive asset utilization; shorten cycles, minimize downtime, and maintain equipment reliability via TPM and Lean initiatives.
• Minimize unplanned downtime and maximize reliability; track and report metrics to meet department objectives.
• Establish project goals and lead the group to successful completion of projects.
• Manage the maintenance and repair budget and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop department capabilities through teaching, coaching, and accountability.
• Represent Howmet at community planning boards and coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
• Oversee safety programs and ensure a culture of service and safety on the plant floor.
