You will oversee preventative maintenance programs, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment and facilities. The role emphasizes leadership of maintenance teams, performance coaching, compliance with EHS, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience supervising maintenance/skilled trades teams.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Supervises an effective team; handles staffing, performance appraisals, and attendance.
• Provides feedback and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure EHS compliance and policy understanding.
• Maintains compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and interfaces with union officials.
• Reviews production and operating reports to resolve issues and control costs.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure performance and utilization.
• Promotes EHS and continuous improvement initiatives.
