Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Engineering Manager to lead the plant's physical infrastructure, equipment, and safety programs. The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement, with strong leadership of the maintenance and facilities teams.

You will drive engineering excellence, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure timely completion of capital projects while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu, HS Diploma or GED with 10 years related experience accepted.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in engineering.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance and Facilities Engineering departments.
• Drive asset utilization and shorten downtime using TPM and Lean initiatives.
• Manage the maintenance and repair budget.
• Contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for safety and efficiency.
• Develop capabilities through coaching and mentoring of staff.
• Represent Howmet at community planning boards.
• Promote a safety-first culture on the plant floor.
