Chromalloy Corporation in Windsor, CT is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Senior Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and facility operations. You will oversee production equipment, utilities, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant performance.

This hands-on leadership role involves guiding technicians, troubleshooting complex issues, and building a TPM program to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7+ years hands-on maintenance experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with TPM and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work of maintenance technicians and leads across disciplines.
• Plan, schedule, and assign preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair equipment; respond to production downtime promptly.
• Lead TPM rollout to improve uptime and maintenance effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and operations for projects and improvements.
